Tim May: The Creative Director for TiER1’s XPLANE studio, Tim has over 20 years experience designing visual endeavors across a variety of media for a plethora of organizations. Previous experience includes design, illustration, animation, and UX/UI design for Hewlett-Packard and a number of design and advertising agencies in Boston and Portland, Oregon. At XPLANE, Tim helps teams solve challenges around process, culture, vision, strategy, and alignment, both as a creative designer and a facilitating consultant. Clients include Netflix,Red Bull, UPS, Intel, Nike, Disney, Berklee Music, Mathematica Research, Rocket Software, Sikorsky, Microsoft, Boston Dynamics, and Astra Zeneca.
