Using Fan Fiction to Innovate the Use of Standard in Formulating a Change Management Strategy-Powered by the ACMP Innovation Lab

Fan fiction arises from the fervent creativity of enthusiasts who passionately conceive and craft their own narratives inspired by profound interests. The Innovation Lab has harnessed the imaginative power of our devoted ACMP members, engaging them in collaborative change challenge scenarios that integrate into fan fiction tales. These narratives underwent exploration and expansion within the framework of the Standard's process group 5.1, unfolding during a live workshop at the Toronto Change Summit. The upcoming workshop in the sunlit city of San Diego aims to further harness the collective imaginative potential for the Standard's process group 5.2. Through the compelling medium of visual storytelling, we will endeavor to vividly depict how ACMP's Standard for Change Management© can be effectively applied to the change challenges embedded in our co-created stories. This project seeks to unearth innovative solutions applicable in organizational contexts and cultivate a culture of innovation within the ACMP community.
