Stefanie is an energetic leader with global expertise in change management, communications, training, talent development & employee engagement solutions. She has led change strategies to empower organizations through transformational change in process, technology, employee experience and culture towards simpler, modernized and enhanced ways of working.
Stefanie currently leads the change management, communications and training strategy for the transformation of Johnson & Johnson’s Global Finance organization, moving from disaggregated organizational structures, legacy ERP platforms, and manual financial management practices, towards digital capabilities that will drive accelerated growth for J&J.
Stefanie holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from American Intercontinental University and a Master’s of Science in
Organizational Leadership from Excelsior College. Stefanie is a Board Member for ACMP (Association of Change Management Professionals), the Board Chair for ACMP's DEIB Committee, and also serves as a Board Advisor for Change Enthusiasm Global. She also holds a project management certification (PMP) from the PMI Institute, and a change management practitioner certification from Prosci. Stefanie is also a member of the Sigma Beta Delta honors society for achievement in her continued studies as a change practitioner.
