Ashley Adelantar describes her career as being in the business of people. She recognizes that people are different and have their own unique lived experiences that shape their behaviours, perspectives, motivators, and responses to change. She keeps this at the heart of everything she does – from her work in Change Management, Human Resources (HR), to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). For over a decade, she has worked within various organizations experiencing major growth and change, within private, public, and not-for-profit industries. Her background within the HR and DE&I space lends itself well to the people and culture side to change. Outside of the office you can find Ashley hiking the beautiful Rocky Mountains, playing with her two adopted dogs, exploring local eats with friends, or reconnecting to her Filipina roots.
