James is the Global Head of Change Management for MI-GSO Pcubed, a consultancy specialising in P3M and Change Management. He has over 20 years of Change Management experience with EY and Lloyds Banking Group prior to his current role.
James has many years of cross sector experience in a number of corporate cultures in the private and public sector within and without the UK. He is passionate about engaging everybody effected by organisational change and ensuring that the messaging they receive is resonant with their role, culture, ways of working and neurodiversity profile: no one gets left behind. This means that change interventions are not only tailored for every client he collaborates with but for every individual within that organisation.
James is the senior sponsor for MI-GSO Pcubed's Change Management Service Line supporting the global business and enabling them to deliver tailored, practical and effective change and adoption solutions. He also curates MI-GSO Pcubed's L&D offer.
