Ally Leamy is a Change Management Senior Analyst at Avaap with experience in change transformation initiatives in higher education. Her experience is focused on training design, development, delivery, and communication. Most recently, she engaged in training design, development, and delivery in a multi-year technology implementation at a mid-size university. In the past year she partook in advancing the efforts of the Avaap Change Academy, a program offering change workshops dedicated to building client’s knowledge, skills, and ability in organizational change. She worked with seven other change professionals to achieve ACMP QEP status for two of the workshops and identified marketing opportunities. The program currently includes seven workshops that span across the footprint of multiple change roles and levels of change understanding.
