Carrie King is a Change Management Vice President at Avaap with 25+ years' experience in industries including healthcare, higher education, public utilities, transportation, and nonprofit. She has expertise in change management assessment, strategy and execution, communications planning and development, and learning and development design and delivery. Carrie has led teams of up to 10 change management resources to support and align multiple strategic initiatives and has collaborated to develop enterprise change that builds change management best practices and change capability. Most recently, Carrie led efforts to develop a holistic change approach and 15+ change tools that serve as the basis for the change management methodology at Avaap. Using this approach, she then worked with a team of Avaap change practitioners to construct the Avaap Change Academy, a program offering change workshops dedicated to building client’s knowledge, skills, and ability in organizational change.
