Session Description : To prepare for the impacts of AI, change leaders should understand the fundamentals of AI, welcome it into their work, initiate conversations, and address concerns. Most importantly, AI requires a mindset shift and a holistic culture transformation.

Learning Objectives:

  • Upon completion, the participant will be able to articulate the fundamental concepts of artificial intelligence and be equipped to explain the capabilities and limitations of AI, recognizing it as a tool rather than a magical solution.
  • Upon completion, the participant will be able to uplevel standard change management deliverables such as risk management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement plans and alter them to account for the uniquities involved in an AI implementation compared to other technology projects.
  • Upon completion, the participant will be able to explain how AI is not just a technology solution, but rather a catalyst for shifting the mindset of stakeholders and promoting a larger cultural shift.
