Methods to MANAGE change are baseline. Effective change agents LEAD change. Participants will learn "Change Intelligent®" strategies to reframe resistance from enemy to ally, influence stakeholders, inspire sponsors, and facilitate teams, using interactive exercises and case studies enabling immediate application. Change Intelligence® is a humanistic approach to engage Hearts, enlighten Heads, and equip Hands to lead successful and sustainable change. By building Change Intelligence®, change leaders overcome what looks like resistance, but is really either confusion over the goal (Head), lack of connection to the goal (Heart), or lack of tactics and training to partner together to work toward the goal (Hands). Participants receive the Change Intelligence®/CQ® Assessment, and through exploring research results from the global database, obtain insights into dynamics in leading change around the world.

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion, participants will be able to increase their own Change Intelligence® to lead successful/sustainable change with greater competence/confidence and less stress/frustration, for the benefit of their organizations, teams, and careers.
Upon completion, participants will be able to coach others to reframe resistance from enemy to ally and to flex one's approach to powerfully partner with and influence key stakeholders.
Upon completion, participants will be able to leverage tools to build the collective Change Intelligence® of teams and organizations, fostering ongoing sponsorship and engagement.
