Capillary Consulting
London, Ontario, Canada
Jacqueline has been stirring the pot, asking inconvenient questions, and initiating change with government, post-secondary institutions, and corporations in Europe and Canada for over 25 years. She is a speaker, writer, professional coach, change facilitator and researcher.
She is an associate with Capillary Learning in Toronto and Change Catalysts in Chicago and is the founder of Blue Morpho Group in London. She created the Change Fingerprint© Framework and the Change Scorecard© tool to create change capacity and change-ready, change-resilient cultures. As we enter the age of AI, Jacqueline is passionate about understanding and destigmatizing what it is to be human and teaching people how to “hack” their brains so change is easier and less stressful for themselves and less costly for the organizations they work for.
Jacqueline has been described as a highly creative systems thinker, relationship builder, and content creator with a direct but compassionate communication style. When she is not working, she is often found playing with Lego and her improv troupe or disguised as a roadwarrior soccer mom on the 400 series highways.
