Session Description : Generative AI applications such as ChatGPT have already had an enormous impact on how employees do their jobs. This session will help OCM Professionals understand the challenges and opportunities this presents for the profession and their clients.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand key historical developments in AI to date. Furthermore, participants will be able to define how popular books, film and TV have depicted AI over time and how that has impacted our impressions and assumptions about AI as a threat or boon to society.
  • Converse with business leaders, managers, and employees about key AI terms and concepts.
  • Understand the practical impact that Generative AI has had in the workplace, what might be coming in the next 6-12 months, and how Change Management Practitioners must play a key role in what is a once-in-a-lifetime transformation of how work gets done in organizations.
