Session Description : Moving from a culture of change being an occurrence to change being a constant, we need to equip people with the tools help them not only embrace change, but invite it. Drawing yoga wisdom we uncover roots of resistance, and find a new path.
Learning Objectives:
Explain why humans naturally resist change, and how practices of mindfulness and yoga can help people embrace and align with the changes they face.
Apply specific yoga-based tools to coach clients (and themselves) through change and uncover the root causes of resistance.
Employ mindfulness based techniques to encourage thoughtful responses to change challenges.
